AUTOMATED HYDROPHILIC COATED UV CURING SYSTEM

Project AUTOMATED Hydrophilic Coated UV CURING SYSTEM Robot loads and unloads hydrophilic coated parts into a UV curing chamber Saber designs a stand-alone robot cell that receives arrays of plastic parts for UV curing. The parts are introduced into the cell by an operator whereby robot places parts into a liquid filled coating tank. Once coated, the robot places parts into a UV coating chamber. Once the curing cycle is complete, the robot places part onto fixture for operator removal. All process parameters are monitored by cell controls. User interface and recipe management are provided.
